From October 15 to 17, V-SHINE attended the 17th Satellite & Cable Tv (SCaT), India 2008 (www.scatindia.com).

SCaT, India's largest exhibition exclusively for the Indian Satellite & Cable TV industry, was held in World Trade Centre, Mumbai. It is estimated that over 11,000 cable TV professionals visited the tradeshow. It is a good signal that DTV development in India market gets more attentions. Needless to say, India cable market, as the 3rd largest one worldwide, will provide DTV suppliers more opportunities.

Hereto, V-SHINE has gone to Mumbai for SCaT three times. In SCaT2008, V-SHINE released 2 new products, i.e., high-dense (8-in-1: NVME08 & enhanced 20-in-1:NVME20) and IP MPEG2 encoders. NVME08 or NVME20 is a cost-effective product with good performances by its concise arrangement of components and good EMI/EMC design. They obtained more attentions in the exhibition.

After the show, business representatives of V-SHINE continued to meet more local partners and key customers; meanwhile, technical staffs took 2 more weeks in technical maintenance for a couple of systems in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. These serial actions prove that V-SHINE would like to provide India customers with not only DTV equipments but also services for its long-term cooperation goal.
