- 500 brochures with introductions of products will be printed and mailed to buyers from all over the world, 1,500 ones will be sent away in trade shows;
- 2,000 advertising CDs with company profile and product catalog should be upgraded and published in the end of 2007 (Before Christmas);
- A new E-brochure prepares for mail delivery;
- 5,000 brochures in Chinese will be designed and produced specially for CCBN2008 (a trade show);

To have our advertisements and publicize product information in professional websites and magazines, a set of well-designed posters ought be done by the team of art design.

¢ó Online promotion for products
- All products exhibited on the official website and other 3 related B2B websites in the beginning of 2008;
- To re-construct the official website in the coming May;
- Material preparation:
a) To capture latest product pictures (< 378*200 pixels JPG/GIF format) in front and rear view;
b) To obtain new technical specification for R&D Dept. and upgrade them in all new advertising materials;
c)
To revise user guides for all products.
¢ô Distributor Forum
- Attendee: to invite global representatives to visit V-SHINE headquarter in Beijing in the time of CCBN2008;
- Speaker: manager of the leading distributors;
- Content: to collect advices and discuss/make a new marketing strategy for 2008;
¢ơ Activities aim at promoting products for potential customers abroad
V-SHINE will organize a series of activities for potential customers, including pre-sale introduction and technical seminar. Special gifts will be prepared to those attendees.
¢ö Attendance to the trade show
We will attend 5 international trade shows as an exhibitor, i.e., CSTB2008 (February, Moscow), CCBN2008 (March, Beijing), NAB2008 (April, Las Vegas), IBC2008 (September, Amsterdam) and SCaT INDIA2008(September, Mumbai). V-SHINE will visit BroadcastAsia2008 (June, Singapore) .
