The ShenYang railroad company’s TV station built the head-end digital TV transmitting platform for their stuff at Aug, 2005. After the test of all the products finished, the leader of railroad company and we got the agreement of the purchase. This platform is built up with our head-end products, such as satellite receiver, SD encoder, re-multiplexer, scrambling and multi-channel TS monitor. And the monitor has been playing a very important role in the whole system, because it can be monitoring and analyzing all other products working. On the other hand, the network management system (V-SHINE’s NMDVS) is also convenient for people to control the settlement of products. From the beginning of the project to now, the security of the system is protected by both monitor and NMDVS.
